Who We Are

Founded in 2015 and based in Maadi, Cairo, WASS Technologies (L.L.C.) specialises in cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and enterprise infrastructure. We are an independent, vendor-neutral integrator: our loyalty is to the outcome our clients need, not to any single manufacturer.

From the start, our focus has been practical — reducing cost and complexity while raising security posture and operational resilience. We translate the requirements of Egyptian enterprises into architectures that are secure, compliant, and maintainable over the long term.

What We Do

As a full-service provider we cover the complete stack. On the security side that includes cybersecurity, endpoint detection and response, managed detection and response (MDR) from a Cairo-based SOC, next-generation firewalls, email security, Zero Trust, identity and access management, and data loss prevention. On the data and infrastructure side we deliver backup and disaster recovery, SIEM, cloud security, enterprise infrastructure, and IT monitoring.

How We Work

We manage the full lifecycle so you deal with one team from strategy to daily operations: consulting and architecture, certified implementation, proactive health checks, and ongoing support. Our engineers hold certifications from the vendors we deploy, and our Cairo-based team provides local support governed by clear service-level agreements. Office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, with 24/7 coverage available under SLA.
